About One Month Reset

The One Month Reset was created for people who are exhausted by willpower, burned out on diets, and quietly frustrated by how often change collapses under pressure.

This is not a motivation programme.

It is not a meal plan.

It is a behavioural reset designed to create stability, not intensity.

I lost a significant amount of weight — not once, and not effortlessly.

It happened through trial, relapse, learning, and rebuilding.

What stayed wasn’t discipline.

What stayed was the right behaviours, installed at the right pressure points.

That difference is everything.

Today, my weight remains within a narrow, stable range. Not because I’m perfect, but because the system works — even when life is busy, stressful, or emotionally demanding.Background & Experience
